ROOT CANAL TREATMENT
Endodontic therapy, also known as root canal treatment, is a dental procedure used to heal infection or inflammation of the pulp chamber and root canals of the tooth. It includes taking away dead pulp and making it clean by removing infected tissues, thereby reshaping them with biocompatible materials to get rid of bacteria that causes decay which in turn helps in saving teeth. This process is done using local anesthesia, reduces pain, maintains teeth and avoids extraction alternatives such as implants or bridges.
